Hi, I'm Ray Geertsma.

I have been a resident of Abbotsford, British Columbia and an established businessman in the Fraser Valley for 25 years.

When I arrived here in 1975, I began working in the construction industry. For over 15 years I participated in the formation of many of the buildings in the Abbotsford area and beyond. Although specializing in commercial construction, I also participated in the construction of many residential homes.

During that time, I helped raise a family of four wonderful children, 

managed my own successful company, served as the Vice-President of the BC/Yukon Masonry Contractors Association from 1985 - 1990 and generally became known throughout the Abbotsford business community as a straight forward, nose - to - the - grindstone, hard working individual.

In 1990, I decided upon a career change. Thinking I could utilize my many associations and lengthy experience better by becoming a real estate consultant, in 1991 I obtained my Real Estate License.

Since then, I have maintained a top 10% ranking of Fraser Valley realtors. I specialize in residential and commercial  property sales & development and land assemblies and have an excellent rapport with the Abbotsford City council and staff.
